We don't test our own homework. A sealed sample from every batch goes to an independent lab before it's released. We publish the certificate, and a copy ships in your box, matched to the lot number on your label.
A person, not a queue
Questions go to someone with a name, who replies within one business day. Need the certificate for a batch you bought a year ago? Ask. We keep them all.
