All products sold by Pink Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro experimentation. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to humans or animals in any form.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or acting on behalf of a research institution, to place an order. By ordering you confirm this is true and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful purchase, handling, storage and disposal of the products in your jurisdiction.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, and will refund in full if we do. An order is accepted when it ships.

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory and the certificate of analysis is published on this site and included in your box. Results apply to the lot stated. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of therapeutic effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The Pink Peptides name, logo, photography and site content are ours. Please don’t reproduce them without asking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.

Your name, email, shipping address and order history; payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. If you sign up for emails, your address and what you’ve opened.

To fulfil and ship your order, send confirmations and tracking, attach batch certificates to your account, answer your messages, and — only if you’ve opted in — tell you when a fresh batch posts.

The carrier that delivers your box, the payment processor that takes your payment, and the email service that sends your receipts. Nobody else. We never sell or rent your information.

Outer packaging is plain and carries no brand. Card statements show a neutral descriptor.

We use the minimum needed to keep your bag and sign-in working, plus anonymous analytics to see which pages are useful. No advertising trackers.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emails — one message through the contact form does it. We keep order records as long as the law requires, then delete them.

Unopened vials with the seal intact can come back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Message us first with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label; the refund lands within five business days of the vials reaching us.

If a vial is broken, the seal is compromised, or the gel packs were fully thawed and the box felt warm, send us a photo within 48 hours. We replace it at no cost — nothing to post back.

Our mistake, our fix: we ship the right vial immediately and collect the wrong one on us.

Opened or reconstituted vials, and vials more than 14 days past delivery, unless faulty. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is our fault.

If tracking stalls for more than five business days, tell us and we’ll reship or refund — you won’t have to chase the carrier.
