Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name, email, shipping address and order history; payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. If you sign up for emails, your address and what you’ve opened.

Why we collect it. To fulfil and ship your order, send confirmations and tracking, attach batch certificates to your account, answer your messages, and — only if you’ve opted in — tell you when a fresh batch posts.

Who sees it. The carrier that delivers your box, the payment processor that takes your payment, and the email service that sends your receipts. Nobody else. We never sell or rent your information.

Discretion. Outer packaging is plain and carries no brand. Card statements show a neutral descriptor.

Cookies. We use the minimum needed to keep your bag and sign-in working, plus anonymous analytics to see which pages are useful. No advertising trackers.

Your choices. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emails — one message through the contact form does it. We keep order records as long as the law requires, then delete them.
